Machine Maintenance

Machine maintenance is necessary ,it will helpful for your machine life , please clean all dusty after use the machine.

7.1 In order to protect the sliding parts, in addition to the regular removal of the surface of cutting machine tools, we must also work before and after the increase in the sliding parts of lubricating oil, gear box with triple drilling bits should be add oil regularly (about three months one times)
7.2 To regularly check the status of drilling bits in good condition, are not allowed to use the defective drilling bits.

7.3Air filter devices should be added to its mechanical N32 oil, drop the volume adjusted to 1 drop / 80 s, gas source processor’s water filter air filter should be cleaned regularly to keep glass should be regular water.
