Glazing bead cutting machine, is the basic machine for making upvc windows&doors, here is attached some detailed pictures for your reference to get more knowledges about this machine.

There aire 2 pcs motors for glazing bead cutting machine, on each motor there’s 1 piece blade and 1 milling cutter.

Packing & Delivery

All the machines will packed according to our company standard to make sure our value customer will receive the machines they ordered intact.

For the hand tools, generally speaking, we will dispatch to customer by international courier (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS). If customer required , wooden case packing is available.
For whole set up machine, sometimes, only dispatch one piece or two pieces, we will suggest customer to delivery by LCL ( less container load ) shipping. One important for LCL shipping, it is that must be wooden packing, to protect the machine safely to reach customer factory, this is the thing we all care about.

Of course, sometimes, customer will order full container’s machine, at this time , wooden packing is not necessary, but if customer demand, we also can arrange for it. Usually, our factory will load the machine into container and fixed the machinery on the container with iron wire.

Our company will produce the machine according to the order, after finish production and test, will arrange delivery.

Machine Maintenance

Machine maintenance is necessary, it will helpful for your machine life, please clean all dusty after use the machine.

6.1 Checking and adjusting the air filter device
Clean the water bifurcation gas filter and the draw-off every week, check the manometer regularly and adjust it to 0.4-0.6MPa.

6.2 Check the saw blade to see whether there is something damaged before every change.
If it needs replacement, cut off the electric power source and air supply. Open the front covering, using a single-head spanner 46mm loosen the locking nut. Replace the new blade. When fixing, please pay attention to that the gear surface cutting point should be upwards.
