Feature of upvc window machine
- Double Head Cutting Saw can cut 90°, inside 45, plastic and aluminium profile.
- The machine is equipped with two saw the bed head.
- Left saw head is fixed with screws on the rail:
- The right to move the saw head by dragging and locked in the desired position on the circle to make it through the rail motor gearbox.
- It has feature of easy operation ,reliable performance ,advanced technique and convenient maintenance .
- Right head moving manually on the linear bearing rail. Auto brake device.
- The linear guiding pair ensures steady processing accuracy.
- Saw blade rotates smoothly due to high accuracy linear bearing.
- Imported carbide saw blade gives accurate processing and high efficiency .
- Two head can work together or single ,when together work ,one time can cut off the reuired length and angle.
- The machine has been designed to give full consideration to the safety of staff. Saw head moving parts, all housed in a rugged security cover.

7.1 Saw head feed rail lubrication, open motor cover with oiler oil injection lubrication hole, back and forth several times to the carriage drive motor, then installed the cover. Class oiling once.
7.2 Sector seat support base and other activities at the front corner panels add oil on it regularly
7.3 Machine should be kept clean, each work shift, the timely removal of plastic debris, wipe the dust on the surface rail and machine, circular rail surface to increase oil leakage, spread evenly.
